2018 Julia Wenzel SP/IN

Julia builds completely in the traditional Spanish style and if anything, her sound and feel resembles the guitars from the Miguel Rodriguez shop, particularly from the 1960s. Like their instruments, this guitar is lightly built, has a fast, immediate attack and is followed by a lovely and full, harmonically rich quality of sound in every note. It has plenty of power for any concert situation and plays with ease, very responsive to the right-hand and a nice, smooth neck shape for the left hand. Materials are top-notch and it is fitted with premium-quality tuning machines by Klaus Scheller. Although a second hand guitar, condition is excellent with only minor playing wear in the finish. Truly a great value for the price, and we look forward to seeing many more guitars in the future by this great up-and-coming talent.
