here. Graciliano's guitars are strongly influenced by Miguel Rodriguez – in fact the two were friends, and Graciliano still uses woods he bought from Rodriguez for some of his guitars. This guitar, a cedar negra, has a slightly heavier build than his blanca counterpart, and has enormous power and brilliant projection. It has the snappy punch of a snare drum and is startlingly reminiscent in sound and playability of an older Reyes (also from Cordoba) from the 60's and early 70's. This guitar has all the character and style of the great Andalucian flamencos over the past century, and we're thrilled to be representing this exciting new maker as his exclusive US dealer.
