2006 John Weissenrieder "Simplicio" SP/CSAR

A native of Colorado, guitarmaker John Weissenrieder lives and builds guitars in Florence, Italy, where he studied with Italian luthier Andrea Tacchi. This guitar, his "Simplicio" model, is truly a work of art, from the elegantly carved headstock to the perfectly executed inlay work. True to the Simplicio style, this guitar has a huge, deep bottom end and round, lyrical trebles. Although a old-fashioned charmer in tone, it has plenty of power and projection, enough for any concert situation. A wonderful instrument in every regard.

Materials are stunning as well – Tuners are by Alessi and the back and sides are made with a beautiful set of CSA rosewood. A wonderful instrument in every regard.
