Description

This is a fantastic Bernabe concert guitar, modeled (primarily with regards to the aesthetic details) after an 1864 Torres named "La Suprema". Materials are stunning with beautiful and textured birds-eye maple for the back and sides, with an ebony wedge in the center of the back. The rosette and tie block are inlayed with mother-of-pearl, and there is a healthy amount of herringbone inlaid in the purfling all around - top, back, rosette and tie block. It's truly a marvel to the eye. Sound is equally spectacular - although it has a more compact body size and slightly smaller dimensions, it has that big, hearty and full Bernabe sound known to generations of players. Due to the shorter string length and smaller nut width, many players will find this extremely easy to play. Although a used guitar, it has only some very minor playing wear on the top and is in otherwise excellent condition.
