A Beautiful Cedar-Top Guitar By Vladimir Druzhinin Is Coming Soon to GSI!

Luthier Vladimir Druzhinin has shared some beautiful sneak peek photos of our newest guitar. The materials used are cedar for the top and African rosewood for the back and sides. This is our second instrument from Vladimir that showcases the latest improved design created by his good friend and mentor, Timofey Tkach. Based on the framework of the Classical Spanish School, the construction of this guitar continues the tradition of Manuel Ramirez by developing a symmetrical design for the top.

Over the years, Vladimir has been discussing and sharing ideas with Timofey, and since 2022, he has started applying Timofey's design to his instruments. The overall goal of this design is to enhance the sound potential without sacrificing the natural timbre and color of the sound.
