Omni On-Location: Marcin Dylla Performs In Jochen Rothel's Workshop In Sommerhausen On Some Spectacular Guitars!

Polish classical guitarist, Marcin Dylla, has been featured this week in the Omni On-Location concert series! Marcin Dylla is the winner of the 2007 GFA ICAC competition, as well as many other prestigious competitions around the world.

The location where Marcin recorded the video might be familiar to many of you who follow publications on our YouTube channel - It's Jochen Rothel's workshop in Sommerhausen, Germany, where we recorded a set of videos with Filippos Manoloudis and a short interview with Jochen.

In the video below, Marcin performs "Collectici Intim" by Vicente Asencio (1908 - 1979). The guitars featured in the video are absolutely spectacular - 1931 Francisco Simplicio, 1967 Daniel Friederich, 1886 Antonio De Torres, 1957 Hermann Hauser, and 1912 Enrique Garcia. These guitars are a part of the private collection of Dr. Wolfgang Kieser.
